Shipping & Return Policy
Our goal is to make every customer thrilled to receive our packages, but unfortunately some things do not fit & need to be returned. We want to make it as simple & easy for you as we can! However, we must have some structure. You are so appreciated for your understanding!
Shipping:
- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-72 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Once your package ships out, it is in the hands of the USPS, not TWB. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order. We will do everything we can to assist you in the steps you need to take in tracking your package, but please keep in mind that we have done our part and provided you with everything you need for tracking.
- Tribe West is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please select Priority shipping if you prefer insurance.
Returns:
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF OUR 14 DAY RETURN WINDOW. No visible signs or smell of wear. If returned items have any obvious signs of wear, you will not receive the credit & will be charged an additional $20 shipping & handling fee to have the item shipped back to you as it no longer meets the standards to re-sell again to a new customer.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only in the form of a gift card and this will be issued back to the email address that the order was placed under.
- We do not do exchanges. You will be issued a gift card for your returned item, and a new order will need to be placed for the item.
- We do not include the shipping cost in the return/store credit amount.
- Jewelry, bralettes, hats, bodysuits, and SALE/DISCOUNTED items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- We cannot cancel orders once placed.

A few FAQ:
MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
-No. We ship so quickly, that once your order has been placed, it has automatically been processed in our system. It will ship out to you in 1-3 business days and once received, you are welcome to ship it back as long as it adheres within our return policy. Store credit will be issued.

HOW DO I COMBINE TWO DISCOUNT CODES/GIFTCARDS?
-This is not an option on our website at this time. Only one code used per checkout.
